One of the problems for people who are new to WordPress while learning WordPress is "Why don't you install plugins in WordPress?".

And most people use WordPress as the easiest way to learn website design without coding.

If you have a similar problem, the solution is as follows.

First of all, create a folder with a name that you like.
Download the desired plugin file from the appropriate WordPress website in the prepared folder.
Extract the downloaded plugin file in the folder created with the same new name.
Now just copy the folder of the name you want from the extracted file.
Paste the copied folder into the folder of WordPress plugins.
Now refresh the plugin page in WordPress.
And finally activate.
